Applied for many entry level positions with PMIC across different departments and Supervisors. Had a quick phone interview to touch base, and the follow-up was great. On the interview day, HR did a fast and easy skills test and a quick interview. Then, I met with multiple Supervisors for further interviews. The entire process lasted about 4 hours, felt thorough and friendly. It seemed like they were more interested in how my personality would fit the culture than my skills. I later learned the people here are genuine and care about each other and customers.

I had a phone interview, with standard behavioral questions. It was very structured, felt a bit robotic but the interviewer was nice. Very efficient, not very personal.
