The process was pretty standard. I had an initial call with HR, completed a design test for one of their clients, and then had a final interview with two Creative Directors.

Behavioral Presentation

I made it to round 3 of 4. The first two rounds were interviews, and the third round was a writing test. The interviews were very friendly and we got along well. I was offered a third round just hours after my second interview. I then had to complete a writing test that was due on a weekend. I submitted it, but never heard back to confirm they got it. I followed up a week later with no response, then followed up again two weeks after that. Finally, I got a response saying I didn't get the job. I really think this company would have just ghosted me after THREE rounds if I hadn't followed up multiple times.

The interview process was pretty standard. I had a phone call scheduled that didn't last more than 30 minutes. A lot of the questions asked were the same ones posted on Glassdoor by others. I made it to the next round where I was given a prompt and had to create example social media posts, but after that heard no response despite multiple attempts to contact.

There were four rounds of interviews and one written test. Overall it was a positive experience, everyone felt very transparent throughout the process. You speak with a variety of different people in the company. Prepare to answer many questions like "Tell me about a time when you did..."
