The interview process involved three rounds. Two rounds were with the technical team, and one was with the senior manager. They were interested in what I had achieved through projects, etc. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would definitely recommend it to other interns.

The HR person seemed to just be gathering information and wasn't really engaged in the interview. I tried asking a few basic questions about the company, but the HR person didn't have the answers... it was pretty strange.

Talked to HR for a bit. She let me know about the job and if I was up to it. Since I was former military, the work conditions were no big deal. It was pretty simple. No curveballs. Had to do a test with questions about morals and work ethic. Then a drug test came after the interview and offer. There was also a physical test that wasn't too tough but it did stress out your knees and shoulders to see if you could handle the job physically. If you had issues with your joints, it would have been obvious.

I interviewed at the Precision Drilling data center. The IT staff were really friendly and the workspace was big and comfy. The IT manager and some of the main team members asked me a bunch of questions about my past experience and the skills they are looking for in this job. The whole thing lasted about an hour.
