First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Precision Door Service.
Sales Technician
It was a pretty straightforward interview. They mainly wanted to see if my personality fit the role. We talked about my experience with the tools and techniques needed for the job. A big focus was on how well I can deal with customers and manage my time. It wasn't like a typical 'strengths and weaknesses' kind of interview. This job really needs someone with grit, who can handle working in the heat, has the right technical skills, and can solve problems when dealing with customers.

Installer Technician Sales
I had to call the company back since they didn't leave a message to get my phone interview scheduled. Once we connected, we talked about the job requirements and if I was up for an in-person interview the next day, which we set up. When I got to their office, there were three other candidates and a guy who looked like he wasn't in uniform talking to the receptionist. The office was small, like an industrial building with just one office space and a reception area. I was asked to fill out an application while I waited for the office manager to do her interviews. She was already running late on her 9am interview with her door open, and my interview was at 10:30am. Since the office was small and her door was open, I could hear everything. After her interview ran over, the receptionist and office manager decided to do interviews together. I waited almost an hour past my scheduled time, and then the receptionist interviewed me. She didn't have my resume, so I had to give her one, and honestly, she wasn't the right person to be discussing my future job with. She had no idea how to interview properly, so for 30 minutes, we just chatted with no real structure. After that, I was told to expect a third interview with the owner. Pretty disappointing.

Support Specialist
The interview process was informative and easy. We met via Teams and discussed the expectations of the position and what an average day in the roll looks like. I was asked about my availability and if I had any other questions about the company or role. We discussed next steps and I met with my recruiter to confirm those details and formally accept my offer.
