First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Precision Diagnostics.
Lab Technician
This was the most fun interview I've ever had. The interviewer made me stand the whole time while he stayed seated. It reminded me of some bad lectures on demonstrating authority. He also said he didn't care about my lab experience because he didn't have any.
- Would you be okay with working every weekend?
Aliquoter
I signed in at the front desk and got a visitor pass. Then they brought me to the back where I was interviewed in an office by three people. They asked me to introduce myself, discuss my lab experience, and then asked some standard interview questions like what my future plans are, to talk about a past mistake I made, and what I would bring to the company. It was great because one of the interviewers went to the same college as me, so we had a nice chat. I also asked for a tour of the facility, which wasn't long because it's a new building for a new company.
- What would you do if you made a mistake?
Compliance Coordinator
The interview process was initially fine, but then things took a turn. I had a phone screen with the Chief Compliance Officer. Then there was a virtual interview with a Manager and a Compliance Specialist. A final virtual interview was scheduled because it was down to me and another candidate. However, just 10 minutes before the scheduled time, I received a call stating the interview had to be cancelled due to the attorney's unavailability. I agreed to reschedule for the next morning. No rescheduling was confirmed via email. I sent a follow-up that same evening to confirm the interview's reschedule. The following morning, I saw a response indicating they had actually hired the other person.
- Can you tell us about yourself?
Account Manager
It was a multi-stage interview. First, there was an over-the-phone interview, then a cognitive test/video interview. After that, I had a Skype call with the original recruiter, followed by an interview with the VP of Sales. Finally, there was a ride-along day with the regional sales rep. The initial interview was really informative about the company's mission and a good chance to see if my skills fit the role.
- Describe a time you faced a challenge with limited resources and explain how you managed it and what the result was.
