First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at PRC.
Senior Manager
The interview process consisted of a single meeting with the director at VP. It was a very welcoming environment and they were eager to listen to my concerns. The interview lasted roughly an hour, and they were very helpful in addressing all of my questions.
- Could you share your experience with media contacts?
Personal Assistant/Estate Manager
This role has been open for a long time, and it feels like they're using the posting to gather resumes for other opportunities. The salary mentioned in the title seems like a hook. I've interviewed with them before for a different role; they are pleasant to deal with, but maybe not the most experienced in private service. All communication was via phone and email. There were many interview rounds and tests, and I did well in all of them. The client ultimately chose someone else, which is understandable in this industry given the freedom to select based on various factors. The recruiters gave me positive feedback. However, since then, other positions have been posted, and I haven't received any responses.
- What are the typical questions asked?
Residential Counselor
I went to their hiring fair and did an interview right then and there. I got an offer that very same day. It was a panel interview and pretty chill. They were really nice and sincere.
- Can you describe a situation where you had to deescalate things?
