Sales Associate
First, you submit your application online through the website. After they do an initial selection, there's a phone call or an invitation for a get-to-know-you meeting. If they like you, there's a second meeting. Then you'll hear if you got the job and discuss the contract.
- Which department do you want to work in?
Coordinator
The interview process involves evaluating technical skills and knowledge, along with psychometric tests. Depending on the profile and language requirements, technical exams might also be administered. If assigned to a client, interviews with the client will take place.
- How would you handle a critical situation where a project is due, but not ready for delivery by the deadline?
Compliance Officer
The process was pretty good, I went through 3 rounds of interviews, including an in-person one with the department manager. They were responsive up until the third round ended, then they totally ghosted me. I sent 3 follow-ups with no reply, which isn't great. A simple rejection email would have been better. Not professional.
- How can you contribute to this position?
Development Manager
It was only by phone. I had two interviews, the first one was with an employment recruiter to set the process basis like expected salary and job qualifications. The second one was technical, I spent about 30 minutes on the phone answering project management questions, both in spanish and english. In the last phone call the recruiter told that she had an offer but it wasn't what we spoke in the first interview it was considerably less.
- Can you name some project management tools?
