First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Praxis Engineering.
Data Engineer
It was a pretty standard, non-technical process. They mostly asked about what was on my resume. There were two Zoom calls. The first one was with the recruiter. Just make sure you know your resume inside and out.
- Can you describe your experience using AWS Tools?
Intern
I had a zoom call interview with the company, which was pretty good. They had two rounds of interviews where they asked me about my cloud development and Java experience. It was a professional and good experience overall.
- Can you describe your past experience with programming?
- What's your background in cloud development?
- Tell me about your experience with Java.
Recruiter
Got a call from the Recruiting Manager for a 30-min screen. Then got an invite to interview with the team where they explained the role. Had another chat with the Manager and got a verbal offer, then a written one. It was a good experience.
- Can you describe your day-to-day responsibilities in your current job?
Systems Engineer
The interview process wasn't very straightforward. They left out a lot of detail about career options. I would have liked to hear more about the company culture. There's a lot of revolving doors across the board which points to an unstable environment.
- Could you tell me about your systems engineering background?
