I was contacted by the Pramati team for a BA role. I gave my first interview and then was asked to submit a use case document on a conference management booking system, which I sent back on time. Later, I got an email saying I wasn't suitable for the role. I suspect they used this as a way to get crowd-sourced ideas from job seekers under the guise of a selection process. It's disappointing given the lack of BA role descriptions in their Glassdoor reviews, showing unprofessionalism.

Had an hour-long telephonic interview where we talked about my background, work experience, and did a few guesstimates. Then I had to submit a case study. After that, there were a couple of face-to-face interviews. The first one was with the lead BA, who asked me about my recent projects and some scenario-based questions. The last interview was with the Sr Mgr, which went on for over an hour. It covered a lot of scenario-based, situational, and guesstimate questions, all focused on understanding how I approach and solve problems. They didn't ask any typical or silly questions.

Overall, I felt like it was a great learning experience. The process itself was pretty smooth, and they were really good about sticking to the deadlines for the assessment. The team was super professional throughout the whole thing. My only suggestion would be to make giving feedback a standard practice, as that would really help people like me learn from their current interview experiences.
