Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Pragma.
Software Developer
It was a long and complicated process, with many different kinds of tests and uncomfortable questions during the virtual interview. Also, the salary they offered was low for what they were looking for, and you were expected to have a lot of knowledge in many technologies.
- Who do you live with?
- Why did you leave your previous company?
Software Engineer Intern
First, there were some LeetCode tests on a platform. Even though I did well, they didn't contact me. There was also a psychometric test that I think I did well on, but they didn't communicate back.
- Did you complete LeetCode problems on a platform?
Programmer
The interview process was entirely online and conducted via email. It started with a technical interview on Hackerrank and a psychometric evaluation. After that, I was asked to write about my future growth within the company.
- The questions were in an (abc) format, so they did not allow for open-ended responses.
- Describe your vision for your growth within the company.
