First, I had a 30-minute interview with HR where they asked me to explain my past job duties. Next, there was a bookkeeping test. After that, I had a second interview with a senior manager and a supervisor, where they again asked me to talk about my previous work. I never heard back after that. The receptionist was also unprofessional and asked me out.

We also talked about a current project, and they asked me to evaluate a challenge and share my perspective on it. The interviewers also seemed to care about personality fit and whether I thought the job environment was a place I'd want to be and contribute to.
