Client Account Manager
The interview process was quite casual and direct. I spoke with two leaders who asked several important questions that were both personal and related to the role.
- What makes you want to join this company?
Coldfusion Developer
After going through 3 interview rounds, I didn't hear back for about two weeks into the new year due to the holidays. Someone from the company texted me saying I was the top candidate and they wanted to decide by the end of the week. A month and a half later, the same person called to say they hired someone else, but it didn't work out and asked if I was still available. I reluctantly said yes, and they wanted me to re-interview with the hiring manager. I had a half-hour Teams meeting with the hiring manager about 4 weeks ago from today. After that, I heard nothing, not even an automated email about not being selected. It seems like they ghost applicants.
- Were you involved in developing REST APIs for data transfer between different parties?
Call Center Representative
It was a pretty long process because it's a big company and I had to wait a bit. It felt a little over the top for an entry-level role, but hey, I got the job, so it's all good.
- Can you tell me why you were interested in this position?
- What are your strategies for managing stressful situations?
