First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Practice Promotions.
Account Manager
I didn't do much, but there were a lot of basic questions. They did make me take an IQ test. The people seemed nice and I didn't notice anything too concerning about the process.
- What makes you a good fit for this role?
Digital Marketing Account Manager
The interview process involved an initial phone screen, a Zoom meeting, and an 'exam.' They decided not to proceed after the Zoom meeting, so I'm unsure what the exam would have entailed. Honestly, if I had known this upfront, I probably wouldn't have even applied.
- What interested you about this role?
Marketing Coordinator
I spent about 40 minutes in an interview, and then the interviewer told me with 10 minutes left that they actually filled the position I was interviewing for and offered me an internship instead.
- Can you describe your experience in marketing coordination?
- Tell me a little about yourself.
Social Media Intern
I had a couple of phone calls and then a video interview with just one manager. The interviews were around 30 minutes each and they used some standard questions. It felt kinda rushed though, maybe they were busy or had already made up their mind about me.
