the interview went really well. I was asked questions related to my experience teaching students, questions about what makes a good teacher, and questions relating to my interest in teaching. Behavioral Technical

I sent my application to the COO by email and she got back to me in a couple of weeks. We then had a phone interview. The next round was an in-person meeting with the COO, CFO, and another team member. The questions were pretty straightforward and not too difficult. About two weeks after that, the COO emailed to offer me a position on their team. The whole hiring process took about 3 months from start to finish.
