I applied on-line and then a senior recruiter called me. We had a nice talk where they asked basic background questions, but no technical ones. After that, I was sent a task to complete in 30 mins which was a basic logic design.

The interview process was pretty straight forward. It started with a technical phone interview with the head of engineering. There were questions about my background and then a couple of programming questions using a collaborative editor. The in-house interview was great. It consisted of 3 one-on-one interviews with senior developers. The questions weren't too difficult. We talked a lot about my previous projects and did some minor whiteboard coding and system design questions. The final interview was a quick phone call with the CEO of the company. He didn't have much time and only asked 2 questions. He gave the thumbs up the next day and I received an offer.

Right after I applied, the recruiter emailed me and we had an initial phone screen the next day. A few days later, I had a tech screen with the hiring manager, who was flexible with my schedule. It was an online coding interview, mostly about algorithm design in C#. About a week after that, I had in-person interviews, again scheduled around my availability. These were a mix of 1:1 and 2:1 sessions. Everyone on-site made me feel really welcome and answered all my questions. The interviewers were super professional and asked a lot about culture and personality, plus detailed technical questions on design implementation and best practices. I even got to enjoy a free lunch with everyone. Everyone I talked to was really passionate about improving health and saving lives with their products. A few days after my last interview, I got a follow-up call with an initial offer. The official offer came right on time, as promised by recruiting. The whole process was really smooth, and the recruiting team did a fantastic job working around holidays and my schedule.
