Technical Sourcer
I had a phone call with a recruiter to start, then an onsite interview that included the recruiter and the director. The whole thing went really smoothly, and nothing unexpected came up. The office was really nice, but don't let that stress you out. I also briefly met the team during the interview. I got the job offer within a week after the onsite.

Recruiter
Got a call from the recruiter pretty quickly after applying. The recruiter called right on time for the phone interview. The in-person interview went okay, though there was a lot of waiting around between meeting different interviewers, which I get because they're probably telling the next person what to ask. The only letdown was the follow-up; I was told I'd hear back the next day, but it took a week and two emails before I finally got a call with feedback. Honestly, just a quick call the day after saying it'd take longer would have been fine, especially since they were the ones who said they'd call by a certain time.

Recruiter
I had a phone interview first, then I went in for an in-person interview a week later with two nice interviewers. The office seemed busy with lots of young, casually dressed employees. It was a decent experience overall, though I never received any follow-up about their decision. Since it's a growing, younger company, I'm willing to overlook the unprofessional lack of communication, but it doesn't create a good impression.
