I applied on their website on a Saturday and heard back from HR on Monday to schedule a phone interview for that same day. It was a quick call that mostly just confirmed what was on my resume. After that, I was invited for an in-person interview the following week. First, I met with the HR recruiter, who seemed pretty checked out and was more focused on her dog. Then, I spoke with two managers from the department, and they were super energetic and nice. Lastly, I had my interview with the lead rep. He had a pretty big ego and didn't really make eye contact or look at me the whole time. The interview went on for over an hour and a half, and I was getting pretty annoyed with his attitude. It must have shown because I never heard back after that. Honestly, I don't think I would have enjoyed working with him anyway.

The hiring process was a great experience. It started with a phone interview, and then I was invited for an in-person meeting at their really nice, new office. The first in-person interview had about 3-4 rounds with different people who asked fairly straightforward questions. It seemed like they were looking for energetic individuals who were enthusiastic about fully embracing the company's culture and being part of something larger. I say 'seemed' because, although I felt I aced the interview by discussing my passion for EHR and their healthy lifestyle, and I had more background knowledge than I think most candidates would, I didn't get the offer. The interviewers were all very friendly and personable, and I connected well with each of them. I was then called for a second interview, which involved one round with two people asking similar, simple questions. I thought I performed even better this time, being less nervous. About four days later, I received a call saying they wouldn't be moving forward. I was a bit surprised, as I believed I had nailed every part of the interview, but that's how it goes. My advice, which you can take with a grain of salt since I didn't get the job, is that they're looking for someone peppy who will buy into their company culture. So, try to show those qualities and do some research on EHR beforehand if you're new to it.

I sent in my application online and also had a referral. About two weeks after I applied, I got a call. The first thing was an interview with the recruiter, who asked me basic stuff like why I wanted the job. It lasted about 15 minutes. Next, I had to go in person for an interview. There were 3 people there, including the recruiter. They told me I'd hear back by the end of the week, and I actually got a call about two hours later. Then, two days after that, I went in for another interview with a few more people. About two hours after that interview, I got a job offer over the phone. I was able to start about 2.5 weeks later. I really loved the company during the interviews. I've been here for 2.5 months and they've delivered on everything they promised and more. I'm really happy with the culture and the people here.
