It wasn't as rigorous as I thought it would be. I spoke with the director, a project manager, a couple of senior analysts, and a principal, meeting them one by one. It felt more like a meet-and-greet than a rigorous Q&A. They even took me out for lunch. Interestingly, when I got the job offer, the actual managing supervisor wasn't who I initially expected, though they were one of the people I interviewed with. Apparently, there was a shift in the reporting structure.

The process started with a university visit from the company and a presentation to students, which was advertised online at the student career center. After on-campus interviews, there was a downselect. Shortlisted candidates were then invited to the New York HQ for a full day of interviews and personality tests. The interviews included both technical and behavioral components.

I applied to the PM role and got a screening call from HR. Near the end of the call, the recruiter asked about my thoughts on a full-time in-office requirement. I mentioned that it seemed to go against Agile principles, focusing on results rather than presence. The recruiter explained it was due to 'core hours' for fed customers and CEO preference against managers leaving early, but clarified it wasn't about 'people in seats'. I told the recruiter I found the lack of trust offensive.

Went through a few interviews with different staff members. They asked a range of questions. There wasn't any skills test. Had a lunch on site with a senior person, and they seemed more interested in getting to know me personally rather than my resume or skills, which was nice. It was pretty relaxed. I heard back months later. I was a new hire right out of college.
