Associate Consultant
I had 2 interviews, and then got an email saying that hiring timelines had changed and they'd be in touch in about 2 months to continue the conversation. The email sounded really nice. I never heard back from them, which is bad practice.

Talent Advocate
It was great. I felt comfortable during the whole process and the team provided feedback in a timely manner. I met with different stakeholders and all of them made me feel great. From the beginning, I felt that I belonged there.
- Can you tell me about your background?
- Walk me through your experience.
- What motivated you to seek a change in your career?
Video Coordinator
I applied for a freelance gig, but they actually wanted me to apply for this specific role. It was a 5-stage process: paid tests, then interviews with the hiring manager, marketing head, future teammates, and the recruiter. In my case, I had my first chat with the recruiter, and then after a couple of weeks, they let me know they'd gone with someone else. I asked for some honest feedback, and it got passed back to the team. They said it was a junior role and didn't really match up with my experience level.
- Can you share an instance from your past work where you had to come up with an unconventional solution?
- Recount a time you faced a challenge and the steps you took to resolve it.
Account Manager
So first you'll have an HR interview, then you'll talk to the Direct Manager, followed by the CEO Interview. After that, there's another HR interview to catch up and confirm what's next. Then, you'll have a quick chat with your Direct Manager again, this time to nail down a proposal. Finally, you'll chat with HR to go over the proposal. Just a heads up, they're definitely going to hit up your LinkedIn contacts and ask them stuff about you. PowerToFly, like other US companies, will ask for a referral list, but they'll go further and reach out to at least 5 other people in your connections to ask about you.
- Can you tell us about yourself and your career journey so far?
- Can you share a success you've had in your career?
- Can you share a challenging experience and how you navigated it?
