Behavioral Technical Case

The interview process was really conversational, and I felt they genuinely wanted to know if I’d be a good technical and cultural fit. After the initial call with the recruiter, I met with the Founder, Nancy Scott, two days later. That interview was focused on business but felt friendly and covered a lot of ground. They kept me informed about what to expect at each step.

Behavioral Technical

Got a super fast reply from the recruiter about 10 minutes after applying, which was awesome! Had an initial chat with the Recruiter, and they were really nice and asked some basic questions. It felt like they genuinely listened and knew enough about IT to be more than just a typical recruiter. They set up the next interview for the day after, and I was scheduled for later that week.
