It was a very direct interview process, with the nursing supervisor being the main point of contact. We went over the job description, my work history, experience, and compensation. They also had me complete a health questionnaire. It's a straightforward process if you have healthcare experience. They really want to gauge how you present yourself. Just be yourself, and if you know your stuff and can provide two references, the job is yours. The pay is negotiable too.
