I had my first interview, then I followed up a bunch of times to see about next steps, but then they just ghosted me. I felt like the interview went well and was really hoping for another one, but sadly I never got any feedback from the first interview.

I had a phone call with my future manager, who was very approachable and clear about everything. It was basically a chat to see if the job was a good fit. Then, I had the first interview with my manager and some other department folks. The last interview involved the same manager and a few other people from the company. It was great because I got to meet lots of people and get a feel for the company culture.

It was a really intense interview, but it went by fast. The panel was small, which made it feel more manageable. They were super detailed in their questions. My advice is to be really prepared for this interview and dress the part. Make sure you know the job you're interviewing for inside and out.
