Student Zone Helper
I applied and got a phone interview super quick. Then they invited me for a group interview that same week. The phone interview invite came just a few days after I applied, and they set up the group interview for the same day. I got the job right after the group interview, on the same day. It was a really chill process. Only bummer was that parking wasn't covered, and parking downtown LA is a hassle and costs a lot.

Program Manager
I had a phone screen with HR that was pretty standard, asking 'why are you interested?' and some behavioral questions. About two weeks later, I went to their office and met with the Director of HR, my potential manager, and the executive I'd report to. It wasn't too bad overall, quite formal but direct. They mostly asked about my past experience, why I was interested in them, and standard behavioral stuff. They also gave me a skills assessment: I had to write a sample email, do some purchasing research, and try to complete a scheduling task (which was actually unsolvable, a trick question!). The next day, HR called with a verbal offer, and everything else was done via email. The whole thing took about a month, and HR was really good at communicating via email.
- Can you share an instance of your biggest failure?
Customer Service Representative
First, a CFY rep will call you for a phone interview. If you pass that, they'll give you the job description and work hours. If those look good, you'll have your second interview, which is an in-person group interview. During the group interview, you'll first take a test about computer and internet basics (like what left/right click does, how to use a search engine, etc.). Then, in a separate room, they'll ask questions like: 'Give an example where you had to speak to a parent about their child's behavior?' You'll also do a role-play where you act as a CSR in a classroom setting.
- Can you travel throughout NYC?
- What would you do if a parent stayed out of the workshop for over 10 minutes?
Program Director
It was a 3 round interview process. The first interview was a quick phone screen. Typical interview questions were asked, nothing out of the ordinary. Make sure you read through the job description in detail as questions asked generally required you to provide examples of how you went about things in your previous roles.
