Test Engineer
For all relevant roles, give a brief summary and describe what you would do in this role if you were offered the job. Also, mention when you can start and what your future aspirations are.
- Could you tell me about your experience in previous roles?
Business Development Manager
This whole experience felt unprofessional. The recruiter was the only good part, and I feel bad for her because the hiring managers really put her in a tough spot. After two rounds, my third interview was set up, but the interviewer didn't show and then wanted to reschedule. I tried multiple times to set it up again, but then they told me it wasn't available anymore. Honestly, I wouldn't even consider applying here again if this is how they treat candidates. I think there are way better companies to work for.
- Is it possible to reschedule our meeting?
Product Manager
So I had three rounds over two weeks, got an offer a few days after the last one. They sped it up for me since I had another offer. It was all behavioral with some job-specific stuff, no cases or take-homes, which I kinda wish I'd gotten, but maybe that was just because my process was shorter.
- Standard behavioral questions, why this industry, why PowerFlex, why now. Goes without saying, but be ready to talk about every bullet point on your resume. They do their research and ask good questions about your past experiences.
Project Coordinator
First, there was an HR screener. After that, I interviewed with someone who had previously been promoted from a similar role. Finally, I spoke with a colleague who would have been slightly more senior to me. All of these conversations were by phone, no video.
- Tell me about yourself / Why are you interested in this role?
