Behavioral Other

The interview process was poorly organized. The questions they asked didn't seem relevant to the administrative assistant job, and the interviewer seemed unsure about what to ask. They also couldn't answer my questions about salary and benefits.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was really disorganized. I had to go in twice and they never told me who I'd be meeting with. During the second interview, I was left waiting in a room with no one around, just a phone to reach a receptionist in another building. There was no access to water or a bathroom. The VP of quality eventually showed up 30 minutes late with a really unprofessional excuse, blaming someone else for being late. I felt totally disrespected. The interview itself went pretty well and they seemed impressed, but I had to tell them I wasn't interested because of those red flags. I can't work for someone like that.
