This was a remote role, so the interview was done over the phone. It was great talking to Rickey! He was very informative and made sure I understood the role. I would definitely recommend working with Power Personnel.

The interview process was very good with nice and friendly staff. It included a typing test, a one-on-one interview, and several other tests relevant to a hospital setting, such as a drug test, background check, physical examination, and a check for necessary vaccinations.

The interview process was quick. The recruiter asks exactly what you are looking for (pay, hours, assignment length). They explain the current positions they have and ask what type of field you are open to working in. They pretty much asks you all these questions so they know what positions to place you in.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process started with a recruiter phone interview, which was very easy. Then I had a zoom interview with my recruiter and their manager. I was offered the role and gave my notice, but then the clinic I was supposed to work at contacted me for an interview with them. They ended up offering me the job, which was a bit misleading from Power Personnel saying I had the job before I did. But after that, they were helpful and explained everything I needed to do to comply with hospital regulations.
