Auditor
The interview process was very professional and made me feel comfortable. They asked me about my past work experience and my strengths and weaknesses. They also clearly explained the job and its expectations.
- Could you introduce yourself and mention some of your strengths?
Manager
The process was nothing but positive, everyone was very informative and inviting. Honestly, I've never seen this level of enthusiasm when it comes to picking the right people for a job. It's like they were all deep into this company in a strange way and made me gravitate even more to them.
- What are your career options?
Customer Service Representative
Everything seemed to be fine and almost too good to be true. I want to know why this company is not a member of the Better Business Bureau and what charges, if any, they have against them. Can anyone who has worked for Power Home Technologies answer this question for me please? I worked for a company in 2011 that let a bunch of employees go and also was not able to pay us for a whole month. I am not going through that again!!!!

Retention Specialist
After an initial one-on-one chat, I had to complete an online test that covered personality and skills. Once I finished everything they asked for, I was offered the job.
- Tell me about a time you faced a challenge in a past role and explain how you resolved it.
