The interview process is barely about the actual work and mostly focuses on trying to brainwash you about their cool campus and all the drinking and activities you'll be doing to distract you from the horrible leadership and workload you'll be getting.

Recruiter reached out about my resume for a Document Expeditor role. The interview process took about two months. I had an in-person interview where they considered me for two different positions. It took them more than two months after the in-person interview to let me know I didn't get the role. They still haven't made a decision on one of the applications I'm still active for.

The whole process started with an intro from HR and a tour of the place which was pretty cool. Then, I had an interview with three people, which felt a bit intimidating at first, but they were all really nice. The HR person made it seem like I actually had a shot at getting the job.

After researching the company, I was excited to have the opportunity to apply and speak to a recruiter about a role on the Human Resources team. The recruiter joined the call nearly ten minutes late and had no idea what position I was interviewing for. We were also joined on the call by another individual who stayed muted and off camera for the entire call and was never introduced on the call. From start to finish, everything about the interview made me feel uncomfortable to the point where Power Design went from the top of the list of companies I was interested in, to the bottom. For a company who puts so much effort into communicating their culture to prospective employees on their website, I expected a more professional and culture-driven interview experience.
