First, I had to answer some questions from the HR director via email. Then, I set up a phone interview with the hiring manager. The hiring manager interviewed me while driving, which was very unprofessional. After the phone interview, I never heard back from anyone, even after I sent a follow-up email to both the hiring manager and HR.

Their HR person reached out to me on LinkedIn and we set up a phone interview pretty fast. It was with the accounting supervisor, HR, and another accounting clerk. The next interview was in person and included the accounting supervisor, an accounting clerk, and the controller. They were really nice and kept in touch the whole time, but I got a rejection email not even a week later.

They set up a Skype interview for the next day. I interviewed with the VP via Skype. It was informal and consisted of general questions. The VP was friendly, but it just didn't seem like a good fit, and I got the impression I was overqualified. I never heard back from them after that.

There were 2 rounds of interviews. The first was with my direct boss, and the second one was with him again, along with two senior executives. They didn't ask very technical questions; it was mostly about my background and experience.
