I was emailed about a Teams interview. This was the only interview I had so I don't know about other stages. The video interview was quite odd. The interviewer spoke for about 10 minutes about how uninteresting and unstimulating the job is. They asked maybe 2 basic follow-up questions on this topic and then finished the interview. It was one of the stranger interviews I've experienced.

First I had a screening with HR, then two separate 30 min video interviews with the engineering managers. Everyone was respectful and professional. I started by giving some background about myself and then we moved into behavioral and technical questions about my project work.

The hiring process was pretty simple. First, you have a call with the recruiter. If that goes well, you then speak with the director. They asked easy questions like 'tell me about yourself' and 'what made you pick this career path?'. Honestly, the questions weren't tough at all. The biggest problem was that after not getting picked, they just ghost you. I waited about two weeks and then messaged the recruiter just to get some kind of response, even if it was a rejection. It doesn't take anything to just say 'hey, we went with someone else'. It makes the company look bad, and it's probably why the reviews are only 3.5 stars.

Applied for one department but got thrown into another. The interview was pretty easy, started with a phone call, then an in-person interview. Took a test on measurements and some math stuff. They asked why I wanted to work there and why they should hire me. Then got a call back to do a physical and drug test. Passed that and got another call with the start date.
