After submitting my resume online, I heard back from the manager in about a week and we set up an interview. I went in and talked with the manager. They asked me about my past work history and some general interview stuff. It was a pretty straightforward interview.

I was straight out of high school and going to college full time, looking for a part-time job. Based on my previous work experience and academic performance, they decided to give me a chance. I submitted an application, and luckily, the managers were available to speak with me that same day. I ended up having two interviews with two different managers on the same day. After that, they called me, and I started working a few weeks later.
