So, I had this virtual interview during Covid times. What I didn't know was that about seven people joined the call. The main interviewer was busy knitting and sort of asked me questions without really paying attention. The vibe was totally off and unprofessional, and they were clearly fishing for free ideas. I'd say stay away from this one.

They are looking for the lowest possible salary they could pay for the position. This was evident from the start, as they discussed salary limits within the first 3 minutes of the interview before understanding my qualifications or potential contributions. This immediately turned me off, and I felt disassociated from that point onward.
