First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at PostNord.
Supply Chain Analyst
The process was pretty standard and lasted about 45 minutes. It wasn't too hard, but you really needed to provide concrete answers. It was a general process, lasting around 45 minutes, not overly difficult, but specific answers were required.
- Tell me about yourself and your skills, and provide a specific example.
- Can you describe yourself and detail your skills, along with a concrete example?
- Walk me through your background, highlight your skills, and share a specific instance that demonstrates them.
Production Worker
The interview process was really messy. I got to a locked door with no directions and no one to ask. After waiting a bit, the manager called my phone asking why I was late. Then I was let in. He asked me some questions and offered me a 3-month contract.
- Have you previously done demanding physical work?
- Were you born in the EU?
- Do you have any past criminal convictions?
HR
The interview process at PostNord was really good. It was well-organized, clear, and felt respectful. Communication was smooth, and I got quick feedback. The interview itself was a nice mix of professional questions and a relaxed conversation, which made it easy to be myself.
- Can you tell me about your motivation and goals?
Data Enablement Lead
The company/hiring manager doesn't know what they want! They advertised for one position and interviewed as if for another position. Some interviewer even doesn't have any listening skill which was horrible.
- Discuss building data pipelines and data engineering.
