Technical Support Engineer
The interview process was smooth and organized, and they were respectful of my time. Communication was clear at every step, and everyone I spoke with was professional and engaging. It felt efficient and transparent, and the structured process left a really good impression of the company and its culture.
- Can you tell me about your strengths and weaknesses?
Technical Support Engineer
I applied online for the technical support role. I answered some questions about troubleshooting, common tech problems, and how to talk to customers. I also talked about how I solve problems and what tools I know how to use for tech support.
- How would you handle a customer who has trouble communicating clearly via email when trying to resolve an issue?
Technical Support Engineer
I went through 3 interviews for this Technical Support Engineer position. First, a recruiter screening, then two 1:1s with other technical support engineers. The interviews themselves were good, with lots of detailed questions and discussion. It seems like a fast-paced place with good growth potential. However, communication from hiring was awful. I had to chase them after every round for updates, and the whole process took over 2 months. It ended with me being ghosted after the third interview, which is really disrespectful, especially after positive feedback. It's a shame because this poor communication seems common and will likely hurt the company.
- Can you tell me about a time you handled a challenging customer interaction?
- What led you to pursue a career in support?
- What aspects of technical support do you find appealing?
