The interview process was quite organized, starting with HR and then moving to the hiring manager. There were some tough tasks, and it all ended with a presentation. The recruiter kept me in the loop and was helpful. It was a really well-thought-out and executed process.

Interviewing at Postman was a great experience, super supportive and welcoming people. The interview process had a few stages: First, a chat with HR/recruiter, then an interview with the hiring manager. After that, there was a technical assessment where you need to show how to automate API workflows and explain a real-world solution. Then, a review of that solution with an SE team member. Following that, an interview with sales leadership. Next, a short session to prep for a panel presentation with an SE mentor. Finally, a panel presentation. The technical assessment and panel presentation are really important and show if you can do the job. It felt balanced and transparent, not like other tech interviews. I learned a lot and found it engaging. I'd really recommend applying.
