First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Posti Group.
Delivery Driver
I got a call. They asked me if I had a driving license and if I was a student. Since I was a student, they asked how I could work while studying, if I could actually work, how much driving experience I had, and specifically if I had driven in Finland.
- Have you driven in Finland before?
Software Test Engineer
It was a call and online interview over Teams. The interviewer seemed rushed to filter candidates. The interview was pretty casual and straightforward about what they and I expected.
- What makes you want to join this company?
- Could you tell me about the tools and technologies you've used in your past work?
UX Designer
It was a pretty standard interview process. First, a phone screening with the design manager, followed by a panel interview with some senior designers. I didn't get an offer, but honestly, the experience with one interviewer being really hostile makes me think I might have dodged a bullet.
- Can you walk us through some of the projects featured in your portfolio?
Marketing Specialist
Had a few chats with various folks, including the manager, their manager, and a VP. The conversations were really pleasant and seemed to go well. It was a rather drawn-out process, but from an applicant's point of view, it was a positive experience overall. I'd recommend it to others.
- Can you introduce yourself and explain your working style?
