First, they introduced the position and all its tasks, then they directly asked about me. I had to present my resume freely at first. It was especially important to the HR representative that I always explained why I made certain decisions. Then came the usual questions. In the end, I had to write an email to see if I wanted the job. Maybe I came across as a bit undecided because I didn't really want the internship that much. The internship came across as very administrative in the interview. I thought it was more about recruiting beforehand.

This was a phone interview with two people on the other end. I felt like I was being interviewed for a full-time, permanent position even though I only applied for an internship. The expectations were very high and the conversation was really uncomfortable, to the point where I felt I should have ended it, but then it was over. It was a self-presentation followed by answering questions, and they were really generic.
