First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Postal Annex.
Operations Worker
The interview process was pretty straightforward, especially since this was my first job. They mainly asked about any clubs or extracurriculars from school that might have given me transferable skills. The whole process was fast and they communicated well throughout.
- Were there any extracurricular activities you were involved in that have skills applicable to this role?
Associate
This was a really fast and simple interview process. Everyone was friendly and got right to it. They asked pretty basic questions, the kind that I think anyone with prior work experience could answer.
- Could you let us know your availability so we can ensure everyone gets the same amount of time off?
Sales Associate
Two people interviewed me and it went fine. They asked regular questions about my experience and knowledge of software. It took 15 minutes. I got to talk about my experience with them casually and they were nice and receptive.
- Have you used our specific shipping software?
Customer Service Representative
The interview process was quite straightforward. I had the opportunity to chat with some team members and the manager. They then directly asked me if I was available to start working the very next day.
- What makes you want to join our company?
