People Analytics Analyst
There were 4 rounds of interviews total, with 3 of them being virtual and the final one being an in-person Superday. The second interview was with the hiring manager, and the third was with the data integration manager and BI. Both the second and third rounds were very technical.
- Can you explain the ETL process?
Training
The HR initial interview went pretty well. Sadly, due to some technical difficulties with their Teams link, which was actually broken, I was a bit late for the hiring manager interview after struggling to get online for about 10 minutes. It seemed like they had already made up their mind because I was late, and the interview wasn't very enthusiastic. I also felt a bit flustered by their lack of energy, and it wasn't my best performance.
- Why would I be a suitable candidate for this role?
Customer Supply Chain Analyst
The interview process was pretty straightforward. All you had to do was sign up for a time slot, and then a recruiter would chat with you. From when I submitted my application to when I heard back about the next steps, it took about two weeks.

Salary Manager
The interview process involved 1 phone interview, then 2 in-person interviews which were additionally with an external company, and then 1 phone interview plus 1 test assessment. It was a really long interview process, almost 4 months, and at the end I got a really low salary offer. Waste of time..
