Behavioral Other

The interview started off great, the recruiter and hiring manager were on top of things and communicated well. But then, the final interview with the CFO was a mess. He was super late, like 15+ minutes, and clearly hadn't even looked at my resume. He seemed totally checked out and asked some really weird questions about dealing with fights and difficult people. It felt like he didn't care and it made me wonder about how things are run there and if it's a good fit. Honestly, I'm kind of glad I didn't get an offer after that.

Behavioral Technical

I had a screening interview with a recruiter, then a hiring manager interview. It was supposed to be followed by an in-person final panel interview with the team in their Seattle office. I was initially scheduled a placeholder date for the interview, then told it was postponed, and then told the role had been filled. They seem to have done this a couple of times before. It was incredibly rude and disrespectful behavior towards candidates. The company is so cheap that they outsource their customer support and recruiters to other countries.

Behavioral Presentation

The people were nice and the questions were direct. I wish they had communicated better when I didn't get picked to move forward, especially since we both kind of rushed to get me into a process that was already underway. It seems like the team is really committed to their mission.

Technical Behavioral

I would not recommend working at Possible Finance because their interview process is sketchy. I had a really bad experience with them. The whole thing felt misleading and they weren't upfront about anything. Asking for references before they even make an offer is weird and a total waste of time. It's also super strange that they make the final decision based on a technical interview after they've already given you an offer, which is confusing. They should be honest and follow the law. They said they really wanted me to join after they gave me an offer, but then they took it back based on what someone else said, which just shows they aren't serious and are full of it. They also asked me about my current salary, which is illegal in California. Given how it all went down, I'd tell others to think twice about interviewing there. Their lack of honesty and not following labor laws makes me question their integrity and if they even respect candidates.
