In total, there were two interviews. The first was with an HR specialist, and the second was with someone who has a masters in psychology. The whole process was pretty easy-going, and they were upfront about what to expect. All the questions they asked were really direct, and they mostly just wanted to get to know me better.

They'll email you to set up meetings. They're really responsive and easy to chat with. The interviews are usually twenty to thirty minutes long and they'll ask you about your experience with kids and other behavioral stuff.

Had two interviews over Teams. The first was with HR where they asked general questions about logistics, my experience, and my interest in the role. The second interview was with someone from the Clinical team and involved case questions about my past experience working with children and how I'd handle various scenarios.

Basically, they want to know you have experience and passion for working with ASD. I was in an orientation class with someone whose only experience with ASD was through a family member, so as long as you're open to learning their DIR strategy and comfortable with people with ASD, you should be fine.
