It was a pretty standard interview process. First, I spoke with the HR manager who gave me the lowdown on the company, what the job entails, and the benefits, which was a nice surprise. Then, the hiring manager came in and described the kind of person they're looking for. Lastly, I met with two team members who asked me questions specifically about the job and my skills. If you get an interview, definitely brush up on the company culture. Even though it's a small company, the vibe seems really laid-back, and everyone seems to know what's needed to grow the business.

Nach einer freundlichen Einladung und einfacher Terminfindung folgte ein sehr undurchsichtiger Prozess. Das Gespräch mit 2 Personen dauerte ca. 30 Minuten. Im Gespräch stellte sich heraus, dass sich die Ausschreibung geändert hätte und wir nun über eine andere Stelle sprächen, die aber nicht ausgeschrieben sei. Obwohl eine mündliche Einladung zu einem Folgegespräch ausgesprochen wurde, kam ca. 3 Wochen später eine Absage. Leider keine positive Erfahrung!

It wasn't very hard. They asked behavioral questions about time management, organizing tasks, and setting priorities. They also asked about previous work experience and any office admin experience I had. They wanted to know if I was comfortable using MS Office or other software used in prior jobs.
