First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Posadas.
Administrative Assistant
Normal and friendly. The first interview is with the human capital manager and then they send psychometric tests, in the follow-up to the application they let you know if you got in or not. Then a third interview with the hotel manager and finally a practical knowledge exam. It's a loooong process

The interviews generally flowed well, but the follow-up after the interviews was difficult. They don't offer feedback or timely follow-up, so there's uncertainty about the process status.
