It was a very laid-back interview. We mainly did a tour and talked about my role at the hospital. The hospital sounds better than it is, so ask clear questions. I also got to talk to some nurses who are currently working there about their experiences. The whole process was pretty straightforward. I met with the director of nursing for this interview.
