It was a group interview, and then an individual one. First, they presented the job opening in a group setting, and then in a one-on-one interview, redirected to another room. The interview was quite relaxed and pleasant to participate in, the managers were super chill, they explained a lot about the job opening.

I applied through Companhia de Talentos and the process took a medium amount of time. It involved filling out forms, a cultural fit assessment, and an interview. I felt very comfortable during the interview because the manager made me feel secure when answering questions, creating a family-like, conversational atmosphere. After passing the interview, I had a straightforward audiometry exam followed by a pre-employment medical examination. However, the timeline after the interview approval felt very rushed. The recruitment team would send an email the same day, for instance, at 2:30 PM, instructing to open a bank account that closed at 3:00 PM, requiring the entire form to be completed within that short window. They didn't manage the young apprentices' time well to juggle everything, although I managed, many others might not have been able to due to the tight deadline.

The selection process started online with logic and English tests administered by a recruitment company (99jobs). Following that, I was invited for an in-person part. During the in-person session, there was a personal introduction, followed by a group activity. In the group activity, we had to tackle a case study about some of Porto's products that were at risk of being discontinued, and we needed to propose solutions to prevent that. We also had to come up with a new idea and develop an additional product for Porto to offer its clients. As part of this, we had to build a small LEGO model to represent our idea. After this, they would announce who would advance to the next stage, which involved an interview with the manager. This interview with the manager was brief, and they stated they would provide feedback on whether I passed within a few weeks.
