Data Scientist
The whole process, from the first contact until the feedback, took about 10 days. It had two stages: an interview with HR and then with the manager. Besides being quick, the analyst Amanda was very helpful and super human.
- How is the PD calculated?
Data Scientist
First I spoke with HR, two nice ladies. They asked about my background and how I'd fit the role, without those pointless HR questions. Then, it was those two plus the hiring manager. The focus was on technical requirements and career fit, as well as growth expectations.
- How does your profile and education fit the job?
Data Scientist
The process had two stages. One with HR, another with the manager. The screening seemed interesting. The manager was super nice in rescheduling a stage because I had a medical emergency, I found it very welcoming. She also shared concepts of some soft skills during our conversation but the process was a bit disorganized and they didn't give feedback. I had even gotten discouraged with other processes because I thought my chances were high. Anyway. The positive point was not having to do tests, cases, 6 stages to be left in limbo.
