Senior Consultant
The interview experience wasn't great, they ask for a lot but it's not what it seems in the end. They really need to improve a lot to grow and create a healthy work environment, but as they say, some companies don't help themselves.

Commercial Consultant
The process is divided into a few parts; 1st Stage; An opportunity dynamics session to present the job, benefits, etc. You generally don't need to talk, but if you have the chance, it's great. They will show the company's history and talk about the next phases. 2nd Stage; A math and Portuguese test, plus 3 videos where you need to respond to some challenges faced in your day-to-day and how you would handle them. ... 3rd Stage - PPT - They will send a PowerPoint presentation to be put together and presented to the managers. 4th Stage - Final conversation with managers. 5th Stage - Document submission online and a medical exam within the company.

Consultant
Interview process had 4 stages. 1 stage was in person, and 2 stages were online. The in-person interview was to present the role. The other stages were to speak with the supervisor, coordinator, and manager. Essentially, the same questions were asked in all stages.
