Cashier and Customer Service
It went pretty well, I really liked talking to some really nice people. They were very welcoming and it was just a great experience. I really hope I do get the job.
- Could you start by telling me a little about yourself and how you handle challenging customer interactions?
- Can you describe your approach to dealing with difficult customers?
Sales Associate
First, I had a phone interview, and then they brought me in for an in-person interview. The interviews were pretty straightforward. They asked a lot of questions about customer service, the fast-paced environment, whether holidays are mandatory, and what my availability is like.
- In your own words, what is excellent customer service?
Cake Specialist
The interview was pretty easy, not much to it, especially since I already worked there. They also asked about my plans for moving up within the company or if I'm in school, which of course determines if I'll be considered for promotions or development.
- What is your plan going forward?
Customer Service Representative
They set up an interview but then called it off with no heads up. I reached out and they texted me saying their hiring process has been updated. They need to communicate better.
- What is your availability?
- Do you have a phone?
