It was a pretty standard interview process, nothing too wild. The people I talked to were generally understanding. They kept me in the loop well throughout, but once they gave me an offer, they weren't very flexible on the terms. Overall, it was a good experience and didn't take forever.

It was a 2 round interview process. The first interview was with two people. They asked some general questions about why I wanted to work in Portland, what I could bring to the company, about my experience, and if I could handle clients. For the second interview, I had to create a client presentation which was very time-consuming and involved a lot of research. I presented it to two partners for 20 minutes and then answered their questions. The partners seemed a bit cold, but that's consulting for you. I didn't hear back for a month even after following up. They then told me they were pausing recruitment but would have liked to offer me the job and that I should check back in a month.
