After submitting an application, the interview process involved 3 main stages. First, I interviewed with two people from the health team. Then, I had to complete a task, which for me was writing a press release. The final stage was an interview with senior team members. Even though I got positive feedback throughout and completed everything, I didn't hear back for three weeks. I emailed twice for an update, and they eventually called, but it was 5 hours later than they said they would. They explained the delay was due to 'annual leave and sick leave' but didn't notify me beforehand. On the call, they asked questions like 'how did you find the application process' and 'why are you interested in the company' without giving me any concrete update. They mentioned 'positive conversations' were happening and the health team liked me, but also that other candidates had more specific experience. They said the talent team would get back to me, but it had already been about a month since my final interview. I feel disrespected by the silence and lack of a decision or feedback, even though the health team members were nice and I enjoyed the actual task and interviews.

I applied online and a few days later HR emailed me saying the team liked my resume. They asked me to do a test mostly for my language skills. After I sent the test back, HR emailed again to schedule an interview but then they told me they couldn't hire me because I didn't have the right to work in the UK. I was pretty upset because I already mentioned in my application that I didn't have the right to work in the UK and I felt HR wasn't very professional.

- The online test included translating 4 paragraphs between Arabic and English, and then writing a paragraph in Arabic, testing language skills for fluency in Arabic.
- The test included translation from Arabic to English (and vice versa) of 4 paragraphs, then I had to write a paragraph in Arabic.
- At this point they were just testing my language skills as they needed someone who can write and speak Arabic fluently.

It was a really thorough and competitive interview process. It included two interviews, a test, and then a casual meeting with people at my level to wrap things up. The interviews were structured so more senior people interviewed you later on. The meeting at the end wasn't really an interview, more like a chance to meet the team in a more chill way. This really helped make it feel less stressful. I got the offer the same day as that last meeting.
